The office sizes are suitable for small teams of 1 to 4 people . The sizes range from approximately 1.18 tsubo to 12.38 ㎡ , making them high-quality rental offices for small teams.

There is also a VIP room separated by glass walls and doors.The interior is simple and can be used flexibly as an office or store.

Do I need a guarantor?

In principle, you can enter into a contract even if you do not have a guarantor.

What is the contract period?

The contract period is one year in principle. Renewal of the contract is automatic and there is no re-contract fee.

I am planning to establish a new corporation. In that case, how should I enter into the contract?

If you wish to change the name to a corporation at a later date, you can first enter into the contract under your personal name . After that, if you submit a copy of the commercial register , you can easily change the name on the contract .

Can I receive mail?

Accepted Answer

A postbox is installed so you can receive your mail. We can also provide a mail receiving service for those who are unable to receive their mail due to long-term absence or other reasons. We will inspect your mail once every two weeks and send you a photo of the contents. We also offer a forwarding service for those who wish to have their mail forwarded.

*If you need to forward your order, we will quote you a separate fee.
*We cannot accept registered mail or large parcels.

How do I cancel my contract?

We accept cancellation requests at any time. Cancellation will take effect on the last day of the month following the month in which you submit your cancellation request. Please complete the procedure using the online form.
Example: If you contact us on April 14th, your order will be processed in April and your contract will be cancelled at the end of May.

Are there any costs when canceling?

Accepted Answer

Cleaning fees are charged at the time of contract, so there is generally no separate cancellation fee. However, if any damage to the interior or fixtures occurs due to intentional or negligent actions, additional charges may apply. Please note that cleaning fees are non-refundable.
