All our locations are located in central business and commercial areas, with excellent transport links.
The office sizes are suitable for small teams of 1 to 4 people . The sizes range from approximately 1.18 tsubo to 12.38 ㎡ , making them high-quality rental offices for small teams.
There is also a VIP room separated by glass walls and doors.The interior is simple and can be used flexibly as an office or store.
A postbox is installed so you can receive your mail. We can also provide a mail receiving service for those who are unable to receive their mail due to long-term absence or other reasons. We will inspect your mail once every two weeks and send you a photo of the contents. We also offer a forwarding service for those who wish to have their mail forwarded.
*If you need to forward your order, we will quote you a separate fee.
*We cannot accept registered mail or large parcels.
We accept cancellation requests at any time. Cancellation will take effect on the last day of the month following the month in which you submit your cancellation request. Please complete the procedure using the online form.
Example: If you contact us on April 14th, your order will be processed in April and your contract will be cancelled at the end of May.

Yes, foreigners and foreign corporations can establish a company in Japan. However, if a foreign promoter does not have a bank account in Japan, it may be difficult to pay the capital. In that case, it is necessary to delegate the authority to receive the capital to a collaborator who has a bank account in Japan.
Legally, the minimum amount of capital can be as low as 1 yen , but in practice this can easily lead to problems, so we recommend setting an amount that matches the scale of your business.
The reason for this is that if the amount is 1 yen, there may be a lack of funds for business operations, difficulty in gaining the trust of business partners, and disadvantages in loan and investment screening, which could hinder the continuation of business.
If you are applying for a business manager visa, you will need capital of 5 million yen.
